This year, National Lutheran School's Week is January 25 - 31, 2026. Thousands of Lutheran Schools across the country will be celebrating the Lutheran heritage of Christian education during this week. The theme this year is Let's Make a Joyful Noise, based on Psalm 98:4.
The students at Saint John Lutheran School will be commemorating the event with various special activities.
Monday - Joyful noise in praise
Tuesday - Joyful noise in worship
Wednesday - Joyful Noise in service
Thursday - Joyful noise in community
Friday - Joyful noise in Christ Alone
Students plan to sing songs for residents at one of the local nursing homes on Friday.
Parents will be invited to come and have breakfast and participate in school assembly on Tuesday morning.
